Microsoft has reached version 1703 and is updated to include a 15063 installation process that takes only a few minutes to complete. The new features are primarily in the shell, with performance improvements and code optimizations, but there are also some tweaks to the functionality side.
This update includes quality improvements. It does not include any new operating system features.
Solving a problem whereby:
– Policies configured using Mobile Device Management (MDM) should take precedence over policies defined by configuration packages.
– The group strategy Site assignment list to zones was not defined on the machines when it was activated.
– The AppLocker Rules Assistant freezes when selecting accounts.
– The primary computer relationship is not defined when you have a NetBIOS domain name that is inconsistent with your DNS name. This prevents folder redirection and roaming profiles from blocking your profile or redirecting folders to a computer other than the primary computer.
– An access violation in the Mobile Device Manager Enterprise functionality causes shutdown errors.

– Microsoft Edge, the Microsoft Windows search component, the Microsoft scripting engine, the Microsoft Windows PDF library, Windows Hyper-V, Windows Server, Windows kernel-mode drivers, the Windows subsystem for Linux, the Windows shell interpreter, the Common Log File System driver, Internet Explorer, and the Microsoft JET database engine.
