It's a complete image backup solution for your PC, Mac, mobile devices, and social media accounts. It can back up your documents, photos, emails, and partitions and hard drives, including the operating system with settings, applications, and all your data.
Online Backup allows you to store your files and disks on Acronis Cloud.

Problem fixes
* An unclear error message appears during cloud backup: "The FES request failed."
* The product is locked and the "Subscription expired" lock screen is displayed for users with an active subscription license, if the license conflict has not been resolved on the account management web page.
* The "Subscription expired" lock screen is displayed to users with an active subscription if they cannot log in to the account for 30 days.
* Product activation fails if the installed BIOS firmware does not support BIOS ID requests.
* The product subscription is presented as a Trial after upgrading the product from version 2017 to 2018.
* A system report generated from the application will fail if the folder C:\ProgramData\Acronis contains a file.
* A mapped network drive does not work under WinPE-based boot media.
* The backup to CD or DVD fails with the error "Unable to open backup."
* After cleaning up old backup versions of the Acronis Cloud web application, storage space is not freed up.
