This version is based on RTM (10240) and is up to date as of March 8, 2016
Indeed, Microsoft did not create a Threshold 2 (10586) version for the LTSB versions of Windows 10.
This ISO contains the following versions of Windows 10 LTSB 64-bit:

LTSB Company N
Each version of Windows contains the same updates.
No services have been disabled, no features have been removed.
Each edition has been updated using the command-line tools provided by Microsoft (DISM). All updates were downloaded from the Microsoft website (Microsoft Update Catalog).
The Windows editions used to generate this release are official MSDN ISOs of Windows 10 LTSB (10240).
You will have an official and fully up-to-date system installed on your machine as of March 8, 2016.
The .Net Framework 3.5 feature is enabled by default on all editions of Windows 10.
