WinRAR + Portable is a data compression utility fully compatible with RAR and ZIP archives and capable of decompressing CAB, ARJ, LZH, TAR, GZ, ACE, UUE, BZ2, JAR, ISO, 7Z, and other archives. It makes archives smaller than its competitors, saving more disk space and enabling faster file transfers.
WinRAR Portable is an easy-to-use, lightweight, and flexible archiving utility that can decompress most archive formats. It can also compress both RAR and ZIP files. WinRAR offers an interactive graphical interface using the mouse and menus, as well as a command-line interface.
