Bandicam is a video capture software heavily geared towards gaming, and it combines simplicity and efficiency. The software was designed to get the user straight to the point: recording their video. First, you choose the capture target: a DirectX/OpenGL window (for gaming) or a rectangle on the screen (for screencasting). Then, you select the output folder and the video format and quality: resolution, FPS, and codec (Xvid, MPEG-1, Motion JPEG, YV12, RGB24, or another external codec). One of Bandicam's strengths is the ability to choose your output format from start to finish. Furthermore, this last point will determine the performance losses during capture. An uncompressed MPEG-1 video will be more demanding in terms of storage space, while H264 may result in a significant FPS drop. This cost should be considered based on the quality and performance of your computer. Note that, like FRAPS, Bandicam also allows you to take screenshots via a keyboard shortcut.

1. Install bdcamsetup.exe
2. Once the installation is complete, uncheck "Launch Bandicam".
3. Copy the keymaker to the installation folder
4. Launch keymaker.exe (as administrator)

6. Tap on the application registration button.
