APK-info is a small portable utility that provides information about Android executable .APK files; moreover, if .APK files are associated with APK-info in Windows, they will have the Android icon in Windows Explorer.

Copy the APK-info folder into your program files folder (or other).
You can launch the APK-Info.exe file and choose the APK to view, but it's best to associate .apk files with APK-Info.exe.
