Each font was carefully opened and checked in FontLab 8 to correct glyph naming errors according to Unicode standards. The display of thumbnails was also standardized around the trio of letters. ABGfacilitating visual navigation within font selectors.
Accented characters are included in all fonts. Where these were missing, they were created manually from existing glyphs, ensuring stylistic consistency, especially for characters like o, it, Or e.
The font names have also been cleaned of commercial prefixes (such as ITC, LT, Linotypeetc.) to improve readability and searchability in word processing or graphic editing software.
The collection mainly contains files .OTF, ideal for high-quality printing, as well as a good number of .TTF for broad compatibility.
Installing fonts on the different systems
Under Windows
– Double-click on the font file to preview it, then click on " Install ".
– Another method: copy the files into the folder C:\Windows\Fonts.
On macOS
– Double-click on the font file, then click on the button "Install the police" at the bottom of the preview window.
Under Linux
- Copy the files
.ttfOr.otfInfonts://using the file manager. - In the personal file (
/home), enable "Show hidden files" to access the file.fontsCreate it if it doesn't exist, then copy the files into it. - On Ubuntu, double-click on the font and then click on " Install ".
