With FBReader Premium, you can translate sentences without leaving the application, using the built-in Google or Yandex translator. It's a reader that uses dictionary integration to look up words or phrases. You can choose from a wide selection of external dictionaries.
FBReader is fast and highly customizable; it can use external TrueType/OpenType fonts and custom backgrounds; screen brightness can be adjusted while reading (swipe along the left edge of the screen).
