KMSOffline is an activation tool designed to activate Microsoft products, such as Windows and Office, without requiring an internet connection. It works by emulating a Key Management Service (KMS) server locally on the user's computer, thus enabling offline software activation.
KMSOffline is an activator developed by Ratiborus, capable of activating various Microsoft operating systems and office suites, including Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11, as well as Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 and 2024. It also supports the activation of volume editions of Office 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019.
Noticed : The program requires .NET Framework 4.5 to run.
Activation can be performed either through the KMS service integrated into the program, or via a KMS server on the network.
Advanced startup settings:
- /win=act : Runs the program in hidden mode, activates Windows, then exits automatically.
- /ofs=act : Runs the program in hidden mode, activates Office, then exits automatically.
- /nosound : Launch the program in discreet mode, activate the products without sound effects.
