Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair is a visual novel adventure video game developed by Spike Chunsoft. It is the second installment in the Danganronpa series, and a direct sequel to the 2010 game Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc.
Jabberwock Island – once a popular tourist destination, this now uninhabited island remains strangely pristine. You and your classmates from the elite Peak Academy of Hope have been whisked to this island by your super-cute teacher for a "Lovey Dovey, Heart-Filled School Trip." Everyone seems to be having fun in the sun… until Monokuma returns to restart his murderous game! Trapped on this island of mutual killing, your only hope of escape lies in solving the island's mysteries. But beware, sometimes the truth can be its own despair.
