If the file disappears after downloading, it was most likely deleted by your antivirus software. Use :
1) Launch the application
2) Click on 'I agree'
3) Select what you want to activate
4) Click on 'Activated'
5) Wait a few seconds
6) When 'State' poster 'To end!'
7) You can then leave
