This pack includes all important, recommended and optional updates released since SP1, with the exception of telemetry updates (KB2952664, kb3021917, kb3068708, kb3080149) and kb971033, which is used to verify the legality of the system (Windows Genuine) on certain 64-bit editions.
The main differences compared to the previous pack offered a few months ago: updated to August 2016, 1 reboot instead of 3 or 4 previously, some minor bug fixes.
