Windows 10 is the version of the Windows operating system introduced on September 30, 2014. Its graphical interface is a synthesis and an improvement of those of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
Windows 10 build 14295 is the latest build available to date. This build contains all the features integrated into Windows 10.
Generally, if your PC can run Windows 8.1, you're good to go. If you're not sure, Windows will check your system to make sure it can install the trial version.
