This ISO file contains three enhanced editions of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC and will allow you to choose the version that's right for you. You can also download Windows 10 v21h2 4in1.
This Windows ISO file has the following versions:
– Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021
– Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 Optimized
– Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 Optimized v2
The LTSC versions lack the following by default:
– From Cortana (with some files still present)
– From the Windows Store
– Other harmful programs
Changes made across the 3 editions:
– Integration of updates (dated February 8, 2022)
– WIM to ESD compression
The .NET Framework v3.5 and 4.8 are enabled by default.
Changes made to the optimized editions:
Classic GUI – Enabling the photo viewer
Desktop – Workstation icon visible on the desktop
Explorer – Disabling the list of recently opened programs
Explorer – Disabling user tracking
Explorer – Increased icon cache to 4MB
Explorer – Open File Explorer on (This PC)
Explorer – Recent document history (deleted upon closing)
Explorer – Recent Document History (Not saved)
Explorer – Removing the “3D objects” folder from the navigation pane

System – Disabling the reserved system cache (~7GB)
System – Enabling a larger system cache (HDD and SSD)
