Windows XP is a line of proprietary, multitasking operating systems developed by Microsoft for all types of computer use, including desktops, laptops, and media centers. The letters "XP" stand for eXPerience. Its codename was "Whistler," and it was eventually renamed Windows XP.<\/p>\n
