\nQuarkXPress 2016 adds the ability to create HTML5 publications from scratch or from existing print layouts without any additional software or digital publishing fees. The new digital layout space offers near WYSIWYG fixed layouts and typographic control for digital publishing, including the addition of enhancements such as scrolling areas, slideshows, and animations. Once created, HTML5 publications can be previewed locally and uploaded to a user's personal website to display crisp layouts on all modern browsers for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, ensuring a seamless and efficient online experience.<\/p>\n
\nQuarkXPress is the first page layout application to import PDF, Illustrator, and EPS files and convert them into native objects, so graphic designers can say goodbye to endless projects like rebuilding logos and PDF and EPS files. They can even use PDF conversion to migrate layouts from other publishing software, such as InDesign, CorelDraw, and Microsoft Publisher. The new conversion feature includes fully editable Bezier versions of vector graphics, real text, and automatically extracted colors and fonts.<\/p>\n
\nThis new feature allows graphic designers to easily copy elements from other applications such as PowerPoint, Illustrator or even InDesign and paste them into a QuarkXPress layout as native QuarkXPress objects; it is thus possible to easily create and reuse work.<\/p>\n
\nWith the new, best-in-class Multicolor Gradients feature, graphic designers have complete flexibility when creating gradients. Users can create as many color stops as they want using sliders or numerical values, and they can choose between full radial adjustment or define the proportions.
