Jean-Yves Cloutier

The history of the psychology school at Laval University is told by two psychology professors trained in different scientific fields and involved in administrative activities, including the management of graduate programs in psychology, at different times.

Jean-Yves Cloutier answers the questions of the thousands of runners who frequent the roads, tracks and trails of Quebec. Grouped by major themes, including training, competition, accessories, motivation and planning, the questions are directly inspired by his 35 years of experience as a coach, during which he has trained and advised more than 3000 runners of all levels.
