WinToHDD is a handy utility that allows you to install or reinstall Windows without having to use any CD/DVD or USB device.

The interface is very easy to use and offers the software's three main functions in its main window. Users can install or reinstall Windows versions from Vista to 10 using an ISO file. They can then choose the OS version, the hard drive, and the installation partition for the new operating system.
WinToHDD goes further and even offers the option to clone your existing operating system to another hard drive. The procedure is simple; you just need to define the installation disk, the installation mode, and the size of the virtual hard drive.
